Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished professional to provide overall business leadership and drive planned objectives for our Service Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, financial excellence, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, delivery sales, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sustainable business growth in tandem with corporate objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Financial Excellence: Lead the team to achieve excellence in operations and optimize profit.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Utilize customer feedback and relationships to align project delivery to their needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish and ensure compliance to business processes to enable effective and productive operations.
  • Delivery Sales: Strategize and lead delivery/systems sales to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Resource Allocation: Plan and ensure the adequacy of resources (manpower, tools, etc.) to enable the branch to meet planned objectives.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in HVAC or BMS environments.
  • Related Technical Qualification – Trade Qualifications in HVAC, building Automation.
  • Previous experience as a Service or Operations Manager would be preferred but we are open to speaking with individuals wanting to step into this role.
  • Focused, collaborative, and passionate about the execution of projects, and thrives in complex environments.
  • Strong leadership/supervisory skills with an ability to influence team collaboration focused on outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial contractual competence with a proven capability to mitigate and manage conflict to resolution.
  • Advanced computer/MS Windows skills, to include software applications such as MS Projects, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.
