Branch Manager – Melbourne

Trueline Patios has been creating outdoor living spaces Australians love for more than 50 years. From patios and pergolas to carports and opening roofs, we're known for thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and customer care that goes beyond expectations.

We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Melbourne team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide people, oversee projects, and make sure our customers have a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver great results
  • Work closely with sales, project admin, and installation crews to keep projects on track
  • Plan schedules, communicate clearly with customers, and resolve issues quickly
  • Keep standards high in safety, quality, and project delivery
  • Work with senior management for guidance, training, and support

What we're looking for

  • Previous management experience, ideally in construction or a related field
  • A confident, professional communicator who can connect with customers, staff and suppliers alike
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing your team
  • Solid planning and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
  • A positive, solution-focused mindset
