Job Title: Landscape Site Lead

We are seeking an experienced landscape site lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of landscapers to achieve results on time and on budget.

About the Role:

The landscape site lead will oversee the installation of hard landscaping features such as fencing, paving, concreting, decks, and retaining walls. They will also supervise the installation of soft landscaping features such as laying turf, planting, mulching, and irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Delivering outstanding outcomes: Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations
  • Leading and motivating a team: Lead and motivate a team of landscapers to achieve results on time and on budget
  • Irrigation installation and setting: Install and set up irrigation systems

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with meeting targets and managing a team
  • Able to show initiative and take action when required
  • Works well under pressure
