Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to manage commercial landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, high-quality workmanship, and excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts administration for commercial landscape projects, including preparing site documentation, liaising with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with department managers and site supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time, to the highest standard.
  • Review tenders, liaise with estimators, and certify subcontractor progress claims and material invoices.
  • Maintain high levels of client liaison and customer service, ensuring excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience in contracts administration within the commercial sector, preferably with 2+ years of experience in project management, contract administration, or project procurement.
