Job Title: Landscaping Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our landscaping projects. With over 20 years of experience in successfully completing high-profile landscaping works for large builders, land developers, commercial sites and street scapes across Melbourne, we are looking for a skilled individual to join our team.

The Role:

  • Prepare comprehensive quotes and tenders for landscaping projects and collaborate with supervisors and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities within the builders and commercial market, as well as with retail customers to drive business growth.
  • Mentor staff to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Ensure exceptional quality control of completed jobs, adhering to industry standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • White card (preferred).
  • Previous administration and computer skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
