Bid Coordinator - Opportunity for Career Advancement

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a skilled Bid Coordinator and take your career to the next level. As a key member of our submission management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of high-quality submissions from inception to completion.

Working closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, you will leverage your exceptional technical communication and administrative skills, combined with marketing and design flair, to create compelling proposals that showcase our project experience and align with our company values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing RFQ documents to ensure submission requirements are clearly understood and documented
  • Participating in tender meetings and monitoring progress of bid deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Managing multiple concurrent submissions and prioritizing deadlines effectively to meet client expectations
  • Writing persuasive response content that is well-structured, tailored to client requirements, and accurately reflects our project experience
  • Graphic design and page layout using Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced InDesign skills preferred
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather relevant technical responses, edit these responses for content and clarity, and ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements
  • Maintaining bid content libraries, including project case studies, CVs, image library, and client feedback database, to support efficient proposal development
  • Implementing and maintaining style guides and templates to ensure consistency across submissions
  • Preparing industry award submissions to recognize and celebrate our team's achievements
