As a dedicated oncology nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

About This Role
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe and evidence-based practice in chemotherapy and related treatments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate patient needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote best practices in oncology nursing.

This role requires a strong background in oncology nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
