Care Coordinator Specialist

As a dedicated oncology nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
About This Role- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe and evidence-based practice in chemotherapy and related treatments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs.
- Evaluate patient needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote best practices in oncology nursing.
This role requires a strong background in oncology nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
