Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that prioritize patient-centered outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective resource management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and mitigate clinical risks, ensuring compliance with national guidelines and policies.
- A Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration, holding experience in oncology or cancer care, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A collaborative leader and team player who embodies safe and person-centered care principles.
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
