We are looking for an exceptional Account Professional to join our team and work closely with clients to develop and execute impactful campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of social media management and community building. You must be a skilled communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD RELATIONS WITH CLIENT CONTACTS AND WORK CLOSELY TO DELIVER CAMPAIGNS.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO PROJECTS AND DEVELOP SOCIAL STRATEGIES THAT DRIVE RESULTS.
  • WORK WITH CREATIVE TEAMS TO SHAPE BEST-IN-CLASS WORK FOR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS.
  • SUPPORT BUSINESS GROWTH BY CONTRIBUTING INSIGHTS AND IDEAS.
Requirements
  • 1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SOCIAL MEDIA/DIGITAL MANAGEMENT INCLUDING CONTENT DEVELOPMENT, DATA ANALYSIS, RESEARCH, INFLUENCER MARKETING AND SOCIAL STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION.
  • Demonstrated experience managing major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
  • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION.
  • PROFICIENT IN WORD, EXCEL, AND POWERPOINT.
  • EXPERIENCE AS A DAY-TO-DAY CLIENT CONTACT.
  • A SELF-STARRTER WITH ABILITY TO THINK PROACTIVELY AND WORK IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT.
  • BASIC EXPERIENCE IN PITCHING NEW OPPORTUNITIES AND A PASSION FOR INDUSTRY GROWTH.
  • AN ABILITY TO THRIVE IN A FLUID AND ENTREPRENEURIAL ENVIRONMENT.
