We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our team as a Social Media Campaign Specialist. This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of one of Australia and New Zealand's most loved brands.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying purposeful partnerships with creators and driving engagement on our social channels. Key responsibilities will include supporting the team by jumping in on ad hoc projects, competitor research, and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that aligns with our tone of voice, attitude, personality, and brand behavior.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor, analyse, and report on social media and influencer campaign performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience working in Social Media.
  • A creative mind with the ability to think of ideas that haven't been done before.
  • Exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong communication, creative, and storytelling skills.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, curious, and creative, with a collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field, or equivalent reputable experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, and/or Public Relations would be an advantage.
