About the Role

The senior business growth strategist will concentrate on driving new revenue growth across Victoria. This involves developing and executing business development plans, building robust relationships with key customers, and assessing customer needs to meet annual operating plan targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans across multiple sectors.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic account acquisition, leveraging market insights and sector expertise.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key customers in distribution markets to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Regularly assess customer needs and performance to meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
  • Support marketing initiatives and new product launches to secure targeted accounts within pricing/margin guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM platforms.
Requirements
  • 5 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of building and nurturing lasting customer relationships.
  • Skilled negotiator with strong business acumen.
  • Committed to personal growth and company goals.
  • Proactive in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Willing to travel interstate.
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM.
