Perioperative Services Director

Join Ramsay Health Care as a Perioperative Services Manager and take on a key leadership role in our Perioperative Services Department. As a highly motivated Senior Manager, you will lead a dedicated, professional, and growing team at Shepparton Private Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the operating suite department
- Leadership of perioperative nursing, sterilisation, and technician teams
- Strategic planning and implementation to enhance procedural service provision
- Collaboration with the Executive Team to shape organisational strategy
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Extensive current clinical practice in perioperative role (minimum 5 years)
- Post-graduate qualifications in perioperative nursing
- Previous theatre management experience
