We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our Goodstart Shepparton Bourchier Street centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing your own centre, guiding the next generation of educators, and driving a thriving business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team of educators and support staff
- Develop and implement centre-wide strategies to improve educational outcomes and centre performance
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Manage centre finances, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Goodstart policies
