We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chemist to join our team in a leading role within our Customer & Innovation group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and a proven track record of expertise in method development, validation, troubleshooting, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior chemists and lab technicians.
  • Develop and implement new analytical methods and techniques to improve laboratory efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide expert analytical support and develop clear and concise technical reports.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or methodologies aligned with our strategic direction.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement in laboratory practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field (e.g., Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering).
  • Demonstrated laboratory experience with a proven track record of expertise in analytical techniques, method development, validation, troubleshooting, and implementation.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring chemists or technical staff in a daily laboratory operations environment.
  • Knowledge of NATA accredited laboratory or GMP/GLMP practices is an advantage.
