Lead Product Designer Role

We're seeking an experienced design leader to drive the development of our product vision, elevate collaboration with external partners, and implement brand strategy across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end design workflows, harness large language models for concepting and hierarchy, and solve design challenges effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Design Solutions: Oversee design solutions across brand, product environments, and client-facing proposals to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, research, and engineering teams to maintain a consistent narrative and holistic user experience.
  • Brand Narrative Empowerment: Translate complex ideas into engaging visuals and stories that reflect and amplify our evolving brand identity.
  • Process Management: Establish design frameworks, streamline workflows, and manage vendor or partner relationships where needed.
  • Design Culture Fostering: Mentor and guide the design team, championing operational excellence, user-centricity, and the strategic use of LLMs.
Requirements:
  • Proven Design Leadership: 6+ years in product design, UI/UX, or a related field, with experience in brand strategy and cross-functional design leadership.
  • Adaptability & Curiosity: Eager to learn new domains quickly and use AI/LLMs for insights, ideation, and hierarchy.
  • Storytelling Skills: Exceptional written and visual storytelling abilities that align teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficient at building processes that balance quality with pace in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaboration & Proactivity: Thrives in cross-functional settings, fosters strong partnerships, and drives innovation.
