Senior User Experience and Interface Specialist

This is a newly created fixed-term opportunity to provide outstanding support to the marketing team in the development of multiple website UX/UI elements.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience as a UX/UI Designer, with strong UI/Product Background and design experience with Desktop, mobile devices, and cross-platform environments. They will also have a good understanding of the strategy/reasoning behind the UI/UX and be proficient in using Figma or equivalent program.
The role involves:
- Designing sites that engage clients of specific age ranges and demographics;
- Providing insight and support to assist in delivering the broader marketing strategy;
- Ensuring compliance, exceptional quality credentials and deadlines are always met;
- Conducting UX research for the various brands;
- Creating user personas and sitemaps;
- Keeping up to date with the latest UX/UI trends;
- Working closely with the web developer to create and update websites and landing pages.
