About Our Learning Centre
We are a reputable Early Learning provider with multiple centres across Melbourne. Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to stimulate creativity, imagination, and social skills in children.
Our educational approach is guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. We believe that every child has unique strengths and interests, and our curriculum is tailored to encourage exploration, curiosity, and growth.
Our New Centre
Our new centre is currently under construction and will feature modern, Reggio-inspired spaces designed to promote independence, creativity, and critical thinking. The central courtyard will serve as the heart of our centre, providing a space for children to interact, socialize, and engage in group activities. Our spacious outdoor yards will offer ample opportunities for children to run, play, and explore in a natural and safe environment.
How You Can Contribute
- Design and implement engaging learning environments and sensory spaces
- Stimulate children's imagination, creativity, and sense of belonging
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the community
- Contribute to staff meetings and collaborate with other teams in the centre
Key Requirements
- Approved ECT qualification
- VIT registration (full or provisional)
- Passion for providing high-quality education
- Commitment to professionalism
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy
- First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
- Working rights - Visa/Passport
