**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Business Strategy Manager to drive commercial and operational excellence across our esteemed Maisons. Reporting to the Business Planning & Analysis Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end supply and demand planning process, supporting sales forecasting and budgeting, and contributing to strategic analysis and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supply Planning: Optimize stock levels across all channels, manage quota timepieces supply, and allocate backorders efficiently.
  • Demand Planning: Comply with HQ Anaplan demand planning process, prepare product order forecasts, and liaise with internal stakeholders on novelties forecasting.
  • Support the BPA: Submit weekly sales best estimates, contribute to end-of-month sales reports, and handle ad-hoc analyses as required.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree or higher, with several years of experience in business analysis. You should be proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing forecasts. Experience with forecasting software and tools is also essential. High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
