Program Structure- You will join a cohort of ambitious graduates, participating in four leadership and skill-building workshops.
- On-the-ground training and mentorship support will be provided to enhance your learning experience.
- Eligible candidates must have graduated prior to the commencement of the 2027 program or no longer than 3 years ago with a minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture, Ag Science, or a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach are essential qualities required for this role.
- Candidates must demonstrate customer service, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities to succeed in this program.
