Our Agronomy Graduate Program

At our company, we offer a 24-month Leadership and Development Program for top talent in the agronomy field.

  • This program provides you with the skills and training to be a future leader or technical expert within agronomy.
  • You will join a cohort of ambitious graduates and participate in four leadership and skill-building workshops.
  • Additionally, you will receive on-the-ground training, have mentors assigned to provide ongoing support, and add value as a full-time employee from day one.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduated prior to the commencement of the program or no longer than 3 years ago with a Bachelor in Ag Science, Diploma in Agriculture, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in agriculture-related work fields, customer service, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
