We're seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Specialist - Financial Services to join our team, bringing their expertise in risk management, auditing, and financial services experience to drive business value and ensure the highest standards of governance.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our strategic objectives, gain exposure to board-level discussions, and grow their career within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- A deep understanding of risk management principles, with experience in developing and executing audit programs in line with our Strategic Audit Plan;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively evaluate operational, financial, and non-financial risks and controls;
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data structures and the application of data analytic techniques within audits;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
As an Internal Audit Specialist - Financial Services, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality assurance reporting, participating in periodic Strategic Audit Plan development activities, and contributing to the team's goals and strategy.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior managers and leaders to ensure adherence to our Methodology and Internal Audit Standards.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
