Senior Retirement Living Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retirement Living Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two independent retirement living aged care facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents and staff.

  • Managing the financial performance of the villages, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
  • Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the aged care or retirement living sector and possess strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
