About the Role

The Safety, Risk and Wellbeing Business Partner collaborates with leadership to integrate WHS into business planning and support strategic objectives.

This role also involves providing advice to stakeholders on effective management of WHS operational matters, leading innovative WHS initiatives that prioritise employee wellbeing and psychosocial safety, and contributing to the design and implementation of P&C business improvement projects to drive a high-performance culture and support employee engagement.

Further responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Fair Work and WHS legislation, advising on risk management strategies, supporting the Safety & Wellbeing Committee, managing injury claims and return-to-work processes, developing and updating WHS policies, procedures, and training materials, conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
