Family Law Assistant

At this highly regarded law firm, our team is seeking an experienced Family Law Assistant to play a vital role in client and file management.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with clients and other parties
- Prepare and collate court documents
- Draft correspondence and prepare matters for hearing
- Manage files, both hardcopy and electronic
- Assist in timesheet entry and billing

Requirements:

- At least 2 years experience in family law
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Proactive attitude and desire to take on added responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
