Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

This role focuses on developing technical expertise in sales, with a strong emphasis on customer relationships and providing value-added solutions.

  • Key responsibilities include delivering expert guidance to clients, troubleshooting process challenges, and identifying opportunities to enhance product applications.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, with experience working with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

They will be accountable for leading technical consultations, designing and executing field trials, and delivering targeted training and presentations.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical principles and be able to apply them to real-world problems.

They will also be comfortable with data analysis and interpretation, and be able to use data to inform recommendations and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or Science (Chemistry or Metallurgy).
  • Relevant work experience of more than 3 years in a manufacturing plant or mine.

Key competencies include hydrogen peroxide application expertise, mining industry knowledge, and technical problem-solving and analysis skills.

Additionally, strong client relationship management and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to design and execute field trials safely and effectively.
