About the TeamThe Digital Operations team is dedicated to delivering excellence in maintaining, stabilizing, and improving our digital infrastructure and services.
About the RoleAs a Director of Digital Operations, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide consultancy services, ensuring that projects and BAU activities align with our broader digital strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on designing effective architectures for our ICT environment.
- Lead ICT programs, projects, and BAU improvements to ensure alignment with our digital strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
- Offer subject matter expertise on complex infrastructure challenges, developing proposals for recommended solutions to support our digital goals.
- Deep understanding of Essential 8/PSPF and their relevance to government regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, domain administration, and Azure Administration.
- Experience in leading work through scrum and related project frameworks.
