About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at ASC, where you will play a critical role in supporting the operation and security of our servers and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Server and Network Support: Provide technical support for our server and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Database Administration: Support commercial database servers, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Application Support: Provide support for commercial engineering and design applications, as well as in-house developed applications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the corporate IT team to achieve assigned objectives, and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve system administration and application support processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to administer/support hardware, software, and computer networks, with expertise in Microsoft technologies, database technologies, and scripting languages.
  • Problem-Solving and Time Management: Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to take ownership of and manage multiple priorities.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communications skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team, and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
