Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one tile consultations for residential builders and their clients across our Brisbane stores and studios.">
  • Provide expert advice, product guidance, and creative inspiration to help clients bring their dream homes to life.">
  • Manage the full consultation process, from building rapport to upselling products, processing orders, and completing all related administration.">
  • Play a key role in strengthening client relationships and supporting the sales performance of our Residential Trade Team.">

  • You have experience as a Colour Consultant, Interior Designer, or similar role with strong consultative skills.">
  • You have a proven track record in sales and the ability to quickly build trust with clients.">

  • You possess strong time management, organisation, and follow-up skills.">
  • You are confident in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.">
