- Consistently meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and customers
- Deliver personalized home decoration services in clients' homes
- Develop extensive knowledge of luxury products
- Close open sales orders and upsell premium product pieces
- Follow up on lead times and communicate effectively with clients
- Create and track quotes within our internal system
- Proven experience in furniture sales with a strong focus on KPI achievement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proactive approach with clients and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a passion for luxury goods
- Strong relationships with clients and the ability to provide tailored solutions
