Customer Service Representative Role

Job Summary

Enthusiastic, hardworking individuals are sought to join the team as Customer Service Representatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and reception duties: greeting guests, members, and staff while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
• General reception duties, stock takes, and administrative tasks.
• Membership and retail sales: cross-selling and approaching guests or members to discuss their needs.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the gym, including reporting maintenance issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A professional attitude and positive demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and show initiative.
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must have:

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong PC literacy and administration skills.
• Level 2 First Aid and CPR certification.
• A Police Check.
