About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in providing high-quality health and fitness advice to our members. As a Fitness Services Officer, you will play a key role in promoting healthy lifestyles and supporting individuals in achieving their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing retention programs and initiatives that promote membership growth and satisfaction.
- Provide expert health and fitness advice and conduct professional consultations and assessments to help members achieve their fitness goals.
- Liaise with user and community groups to identify new program opportunities that meet the needs of our diverse membership base.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certificate III in Fitness (Essential)
- Certificate IV in Fitness (Preferred)
- Current registration with AusActive or Physical Fitness Australia
- Current Level 2 First Aid certificate, including current CPR
- Current Working with Children Check
