Strata Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NSW strata legislation and experience in managing a portfolio of buildings.

They will be responsible for chairing general meetings and committee meetings, coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor management, preparing budgets and reviewing financial reports, as well as fostering positive client and committee relationships.

Job Requirements

  • A licensed Strata Manager in NSW (Class 1 or 2)
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of buildings (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Confident in interpreting and applying NSW strata legislation
  • Professional, approachable, and solutions-focused
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using strata management software
  • A confident communicator with interpersonal skills
  • Has a driver's licence and access to a vehicle
