We are currently seeking an experienced Strata Portfolio Manager to join our team in Richmond.

This key role will involve managing a small portfolio of residential med-high density properties and overseeing a team of around 6 strata managers.

You will be based in our friendly, modern office with access to StrataMaster software and work closely with our Director and General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in strata management, including team leadership and administration. They will also possess excellent communication skills and have completed relevant industry training.

A competitive salary package is on offer, as well as car parking, tools of the trade, and opportunities for further career growth.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, with no weekends and 3 days guaranteed work from home from the start. We also offer extra 10 days leave per year (paid).

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing a small portfolio of residential med-high density properties
  • Dealing with staff, overseeing and assisting strata managers
  • Attending sites occasionally for meetings and complex situations
