Strata Portfolio Manager

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the overall management of an Owners Corporation portfolio, encompassing residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with committees and owners, providing expert guidance and support, coordinating meetings, maintaining operational efficiency, and overseeing repairs and maintenance requests.
You will work alongside a high-performing team, supported by dedicated administration, facilities, finance, and insurance teams, allowing you to focus on enhancing the customer experience.
