About us:

SACS Business Services Unit delivers comprehensive corporate support services to various multidisciplinary business units within SACS, as well as to co-located business units within the Community Health Building precinct. Our suite of services includes, but are not limited to; administrative support services, clinical and corporate records management, clinical information management, purchasing, pool fleet management and facilities management.

About the role:

To work as a valued member of a dynamic team supporting frontline community health clinical and public health service delivery, by providing safe and effective cleaning services across multiple facilities.

  • Deliver a high-level cleaning service as outlined in the cleaning specifications.
  • Monitor consumable usage.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff of all levels in order to achieve organisational goals.
  • Work cooperatively and effectively within the team and with patients/clients.

About you:

  • Ability to deliver high level cleaning services.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work commitments and to meet stipulated work deadlines.
  • Ability to gain knowledge and understanding of the Queensland Health philosophy and policies, to provide the level of service ascribed by Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to work cooperatively with others.
  • Possession of good communication skills.

What we offer:

  • An hourly rate between $ $41.66 p.h. (incl 25% casual loading)
