Senior Leadership Role

As a senior leader, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for providing high-level leadership and management within the agency, contributing to strategic direction and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to senior executives, including the Chief Executive Officer and Minister, to support decision-making.
  • Lead across areas including strategy, program management, service design, corporate functions and service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation and outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality government services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are highly desirable.
  • Australian citizenship is required to apply.
  • Pre-employment screening including identity and criminal history checks will be conducted.
  • Ability to obtain an Australian Government security clearance to the appropriate level for the position.
