Job Opportunity

Grow your career in consumer lending and become an expert in identifying and meeting customers' needs. This role involves determining customers' goals and aspirations through quality conversations, deepening customer relationships at every interaction, and unlocking new home lending needs by identifying opportunities within existing portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise customer retention and grow the consumer lending book through quality interactions and relationship management.
  • Determine customers' goals and aspirations through quality conversations and deepen customer relationships at every interaction.
  • Unlock new home lending needs by identifying opportunities within existing portfolios and working with aligned professionals to generate new referrals and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Drive and tenacity to achieve sales targets and expand business operations.
  • Experience and enjoyment of all aspects of financial analysis, including credit analysis and debt structuring.
  • Proven lending experience and passion for relationship management.
  • Strong capability in building enterprise brand and driving business growth through internal and external markets.
  • Substantial experience gained via working in a major financial institution in business banking and/or relationship management.
  • Capability in collaborating widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for our customers.
  • A broad knowledge of banking products and services, including transactional and e-commerce solutions, and how these can assist customers to operate efficiently and successfully.
