Home Lending Role in Brisbane West Area

We are seeking a skilled Home Lender to join our team in the Brisbane West area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Business Development and Customer Service, with experience in providing support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams.

The Brisbane West area covers several suburbs, including Ipswich, Browns Plains, Inala Civic Centre, Goodna, Moorooka, Sunnybank, Sunnybank Hills, Springfield, Mount Ommaney, Acacia Ridge, Forest Lake, Kenmore, Indooroopilly, Beaudesert, and Toowong.

Our Home Lenders create long-lasting relationships with customers, delivering appropriate lending solutions and building trust, confidence, and advocacy in every interaction. They support customers buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams
  • Developing your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources, and seeking external referrals from existing customers
  • Attending regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills, and coaching your branch colleagues on best practice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment
  • Demonstrated business development success
  • A well-developed knowledge of home lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
