At Evolution Mining, we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Advisor - Risk and Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in mining operations and be part of a dynamic team that drives risk management and sustainability across open-cut, underground, and ore processing environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with a proven track record in planning and delivering business results. They will be responsible for supporting the management and continuous improvement of our critical risk control programs, influencing operational safety, and providing hands-on support to a collaborative team.

This is a pivotal role that requires a proactive mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to influence, coach, and mentor across all levels.

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in risk and compliance or senior health & safety roles">
  • Prior experience working on a mine site (operational highly desired)">
  • Tertiary qualification in Health & Safety or Risk (essential)">
  • Additional credentials in Risk Management, Change Management, or Cert IV TAE (desirable)">
  • Experience with INX (essential), Forward CRM (desirable), and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint">
  • Exposure to ICAM investigations (desirable) and a Lead Auditing qualification (highly desirable)">
