Mining Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Scheduling Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our mining activities.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and organizational abilities. A degree in Mining Engineering or a related field is essential, along with significant experience in mine planning and design software such as Deswik and Fleet control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily development and production activities to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify trends that may impact weekly and/or three-month schedules.
Closely collaborating with Production, Geology, Geotech, and Maintenance teams is vital to guaranteeing adherence to monthly plans.
To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, candidates must have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A current C Class Western Australian Driver's Licence (Manual).
