
Workforce Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce management function, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and assistance on workforce management issues to client agencies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking case management activities such as return to work and injury management, conduct, complaints, inability and performance management;
- Recommending appropriate courses of action for resolution and early intervention strategies which are consistent with relevant legislation;
- Preparing submissions and reports for delegates;
- Establishing and nurturing partnerships with clients, HR providers, and other stakeholders;
To be successful in this role, you will require demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR case management, including high-level communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to establish collaborative relationships at all levels to positively influence human resource practices.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated expertise in workforce management and HR case management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations;
