Facility Operations Manager

The role of the Facility Operations Manager is to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites in Australia.

This involves managing operational delivery, identifying risks, controlling incidents, and addressing tenant/customer issues as per agreed processes. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure reliable and consistent delivery to plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality FM services to multiple sites
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with facilities management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in facility management, business administration, or project management
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Experience managing a multi-disciplinary workforce
  • Sound understanding of operations and maintenance environments in telecommunications or technical services
  • Risk management approach to building management
