Billing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage billing processes and maintain accurate and timely records.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with billing software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Process monthly bills for cargo services and acquired products.
- Maintain efficient billing workflow processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Manage pricing documents and sales data.
- Identify process improvements and implement changes to optimize billing workflows.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Profile:
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in extracting and working with large data sets.
- Effective communication skills and experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proven experience in billing, minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
