We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue and Billing Specialist to join our team.

This role involves providing key support to various aspects of revenue recognition, billing, reporting, and financial operations. Our ideal candidate will have strong skills in analysis and Excel, with experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably with exposure to revenue, billing, or forecasting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and timely revenue recognition in line with AASB 15 standards, including monthly reconciliations of revenue and unearned revenue accounts.
  • Prepare weekly revenue reports and provide monthly analysis of revenue performance, margins, and project billing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and CRM data to develop forward-looking insights and analysis for revenue forecasting.
  • Review quotes and generate invoices in accordance with pricing structures and contractual terms; monitor and manage accounts receivable.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring finance data and workflows are properly integrated.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation of SOPs, and strengthening of internal controls related to revenue.
