Electrical Project Lead

We are seeking experienced electrical supervisors to lead and manage our crushing team at a major mining project in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective management and leadership to all electrical personnel, ensuring their safety and productivity.
  • Oversee the efficient delivery of electrical/HV elements of our crushing plants, meeting project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with multiple disciplines to achieve excellence in tasks and goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
  • Implement and maintain systematic routine electrical maintenance programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assess and monitor electrical parts and consumables, ensuring optimal performance and reducing downtime.
  • Report faults and defects promptly, taking proactive measures to minimize disruptions.
  • Contribute to the training and development of employees and sub-contractors, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • A current electrical license and high voltage switching certificate.
  • Previous experience managing operational teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • The ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, resilience, and openness to change, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
