Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Manager to lead our crushing team at the Yilgarn Iron Ore Project. Located in Western Australia, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the electrical functions of the crushing plant to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Lead and develop a team of electrical personnel to achieve project objectives
- Collaborate with multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations
- Implement and maintain systematic routine electrical maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Assess and order electrical parts and consumables to support operational requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Current Electrical License
- High Voltage Switching Certificate
- Previous experience managing operational teams and developing individual personnel
- A positive attitude, resilience, and openness to change
- Permanent full-time position
