Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systematic routine maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Assess, order, and monitor electrical parts and consumables to minimize downtime and costs.
• Report all faults and defects promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in the training and development of employees and sub-contractors to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Current electrical license and high voltage switching certificate.
• Proven experience in managing operational teams and individual personnel development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
