Experience Coordinator

  • The Opportunity lies in shaping the day-to-day experience of a vibrant health precinct community. You will play a key role in delivering engaging activations and events that bring people together, ensuring memorable experiences for tenants, visitors and the community.

  • Maintain a polished and vibrant lobby, reflecting the identity of the precinct, while being the welcoming face of a premium workplace community.
  • Coordinate concierge services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering and local recommendations.
  • Plan and deliver lobby activations, seasonal experiences that build community connection and support the property and facilities team with inspections, contractor access and day-to-day coordination.

  • A confident communicator who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys building rapport, and possesses strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience or facilities coordination is essential, and a keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service is highly regarded.
  • Experience in placemaking / marketing is desirable, and interest or experience in health and digital innovation will be highly valued.
