We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong track record in scaling start-ups, proven ability to drive customer acquisition and retention, previous experience raising capital, and the drive to create a truly global business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth, profitability, and company value while implementing scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and exponential growth.
- Create a rigorous framework for channel experimentation ideation, budgeting, testing, tracking, and reporting best practices.
- Serve as a leader to shape corporate strategy and company vision while building conviction in the market.
- Report updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals.
- Lead in creating and executing a fundraising strategy to drive interest from investors.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to characteristics we value.
- Share expertise as a previous Founder or experience working in an early-stage venture-backed company in a key leadership role supported by a strong track record of tackling difficult challenges.
- Collaborate and connect with stakeholders for Capital fundraising or other relevant experience across sales, negotiations, or corporate development.
- An entrepreneurial mindset along with the grit and determination to scale a company from scratch.
- Understand and grow a great company culture with articulated values that provides inspired leadership and enables a great working relationship to the team across all levels.
