We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills to join our team as a Network Readiness Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and executing Major Events and Designated Special Events on the network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of network planning
  • Ensuring the safe and accurate planning of events within the constraints of Yarra Trams systems, processes, and obligations
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Operations and other stakeholders regarding event planning and delivery
  • Supporting the Head of Network Events and Disruptions in managing the event budget
  • Verifying that all sub-plans comply with environmental operating constraints and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinating ad hoc tasks as needed to support the organization
